Parking
While Tobay Beach itself is only open to Town of Oyster Bay residents, you do not need to be a Town of Oyster Bay resident to visit The Boat Yard.
When you arrive at the toll booth, just let them know you're headed to The Boat Yard or Surf Shack, and they'll provide you with a free 2-hour parking pass.
After 5PM, the parking lot is completely open and free to the public.
